Our firm offers complex legal services, that include amongst others:

• representation in administrative and civil proceedings, both before the courts and authorized organs
• drafting and/or providing opinions on model contracts and other documents
• evaluation of our Client’s actions from the legal point of view
• legal servicing of the Client’s investment projects
• assistance in drafting of the proposals in the public procurement procedure, evaluation of the proposal
• verification of the public procurement procedure in which the Client participates with regard to its compliance with applicable laws, recommendation of the possible legal remedies and representation of the Client before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO)

We base our co-operation on elastic rules, tailored for your needs and with consideration of a circumstances of a particular case. Our offer includes:

• Long-term cooperation agreement with monthly hours package in the amount chosen by the Client. Long-term cooperation might include on-call duty of our associate in our Client’s place of business. Additional benefits for the Client’s choosing the long-term cooperation with our law firm are two training courses on topic of Client’s choice for its employees and/or contractors each year.
• Billing based on the hourly rate. In that model the Client will be provided with a summary of the working hours after each service has been performed. The summary is a basis for the later issued invoice.
• Flat-rate remuneration. We do realize that estimation of the final remuneration can be important for the Client. Therefore the flat-rate remuneration can also be a recognized billing method in our cooperation.
